Penthouse magazine will be transiting from print to online only version.
Print is dead. Porn is NOT!
You may all have heard it, print is dying and more and more publishers are taking their business into the digital world. While some still love to flip through a freshly printed magazine (me included), the majority of peeps prefer doing it on their smartphones, tablets or laptops/desktops. Or at least that’s what statistics say. But isn’t the whole catch of reading a mag or a book in a physical product? Flipping through it, checking photos, the feeling of paper in your hands? Yes, no? OK, I won’t go in that direction. I’ll only say one more thing: that’s the reason why I still haven’t bought myself Kindle. However, I will not say I will never buy it. Just not yet. Man, I sound so old-school and no, I am not a hipster!
Anyway, the hardcore porn magazine, Penthouse, decided to end the print after 51 years. From now on (date not specified yet), you will be able to read its content in digital version only. Until they transit to online version only, they will keep on printing publication and will inform folks about the big step soon enough, as well as how to transfer their subscriptions. Don’t miss any of the upcoming copies because who knows, it may be the last one.
At least Penthouse did not decide to take the same path as Playboy did, removing nudity completely. I mean, PM without nudity and porn? That’s ludicrious of me to even give it a thought. Hey, you do need to think aloud sometimes.

With the amount of (free) pornography on the world wide web, it must be hard for adult companies (HC magazines) to compete. Still, originality works and will always work, so let’s time do its thing and see where will this decision take Penthouse.
