You remember last year, when a photo of a dude wearing a very realistic-looking scrotum backpack, waiting in a line for Tim and Eric live show, went viral? I am sure you do because it was everywhere. Even Ludacris and Tommy Lee posted it on their Facebook profiles. Come on Tommy, we know you want one ever since you saw the pic. Not only Tommy but thousands of people went mad for it, asking where they can get it. Seriously? This must be a joke. However, it is not. Thing is dead serious.

It’s this guy named, Daniel Bitton, who saw a business opportunity in the scrotum backpack and decided to try and make it happen. With your help, of course. Yes, it was him in the line waiting for the Tim and Eric live show. And how the hell did he achieve to make such a realistic satchel? It costed approx. $1000 and was made by hand by prosthetic artist, C.J. Goldman. You may know about C.J. from his masterpieces he did for movies like The Hobbit, X-Man Apocalypse, 300 and others.

Who in the world would want to rock a scrotum backpack?

The problem is, who would pay one grand for Scrote’n’Tote? No one. This being said, Daniel and his crew are working to bring to the market a product that looks as close to a prototype as possible for $120. Still, I don’t see where’s the point in wearing a huge pair of hairy balls on your back. On the other side, wouldn’t it be just a perfect gift to make fun of someone? Notice: holidays are just around the corner.

Since there’s still a lot of work to be done before scrotum backpack hits the market, Daniel launched an Indiegogo campaign to make his life easier. To go along with the campaign, he filmed this hilarious promotional video which makes you wanna buy one just because it’s so damn amazing and funny.
I thought all this was an epic joke but it’s the campaign which is being a good proof that scrotum backpack is close to becoming a real thing. Who thought a huge ballsack backpack would raise so much money already?
